A riff on the Sidecar, a classic cocktail that originated in the early 1900’s, our version uses 21c favorite Copper & Kings Craft Distilled American Brandy and house-made orange bitters. The name is inspired by the year 1889 when the electric streetcar was first introduced in Cincinnati.

STREETCAR ’89
2 oz Brandy
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Lemon juice
3 dashes orange bitters
Shake.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
