In honor of the 10th Anniversary of 21c Louisville and Proof on Main, we’re hosting a series of guest chef dinners featuring the executive chefs from each of our 21c restaurants. Proof on Main executive chef Mike Wajda will collaborate on menus that showcase the culinary character of each visiting chef as tribute to our burgeoning food and beverage program.
