In honor of our 10 Year Anniversary, 21c Louisville and Proof on Main are launching series of guest chef dinners featuring the executive chefs from each of our 21c restaurants. Executive chef Mike Wajda of Proof on Main has invited the executive chefs from each 21c restaurant to collaborate on dinner menus that will showcase the unique culinary character of each visiting chef.

In June, we’re thrilled to announce chef Matthew McClure of The Hive at 21c Bentonville will be traveling to Louisville for the first dinner in the series. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception followed by a family-style dinner with dishes like The Hive’s Arkansas Dry Aged Beef Tartare.
